Person Required

• Must be guest-focussed with high standards and aim to exceed expectations at all times
• Must show a genuine passion for their work and promote a healthy working atmosphere
• Must have cooked in a good business before and have some understanding of managing a kitchen operation including stock management and compliance
• Must show confidence cooking extremely consistently and be well organised
