General Manager - Birmingham - Restaurant and Bar - £32-37k plus bonus

Tonic are looking for a strong General Manager for a faced paced city centre bar and restaurant. This place is busy 7 days a week, it offers great fresh food, well designed cocktails and excellent service. 

The successful Restaurant and Bar General Manager will have - 

• Excellent people skills; a natural with guests and your team you will be a real 'people person'. You will effectively, communicate, delegate and motivate
• Awareness and a great working knowledge of all legislation that is relevant to your work: Licensing, Health and Safety at Work, COSHH, Environmental Health, Fire Precautions etc
• A strong commercial focus, you will be an 'ideas' person and someone who thinks outside the box to drive revenue and save on the bottom line - here you will have autonomy
• A natural passion for food and beverages, you will be aware of trends within the market 
• Experience forecasting and GP's, P&Ls and business management plans
• Experience managing teams of at least 30 people
• A CV which shows longevity and loyalty within your career
