Head Chef needed for a large Conference and Events business with attached restaurant in Brighton. This is a demanding role and requires excellent management, a keen eye for detail and a real passion for delivering excellence.

Person Required

• Must be able to demonstrate success working in large volume, fresh food kitchens, cooking to and managing large brigades
• Show a genuine passion for the industry and an interest in current food trends from high street to high end restaurants 
• Always strive to exceed customer expectations and go the extra mile
• Confidence in all areas of the kitchen including larder, sauce and pastry and a desire to keep learning and help their team to develop
