Person Required

• Must be able to demonstrate experience working with a quality-led business of a similar nature, ideally fine dining in style but modern and relaxed
• Must show a genuine passion for food, drinks and service
• Must always strive to exceed customer expectations and go the extra mile
• Will be creative, hands on, passionate & friendly
• Will be flexible and adaptable

Package & Benefits

• A base salary of £22-26k plus gratuities of £5k a year plus bonus
