General Manager - Branded Fresh Food - Bromley - £40-55K with bonus

Tonic are currently searching for the next General Manager for an extremely successful, branded, Casual Dining restaurant in Bromley. Our client is an excellent employer and pay competitive salaries as well as large and achievable performance based bonus schemes.

The site requires a strong General Manager with experience operating a site which turns over at least £25K weekly, managing a team of at least ten staff and holding responsibility for all tasks back of house.

Easily accessible by car or Southeastern Rail services, the General Manager would ideally be a local resident but candidates who must commute will be considered.
