Chef de partie

We are currently looking for a rising star Chef De Partie to join an independent family run business in Worcestershire. The venue serve only the very best fresh, organic ingredients utilising the highest quality suppliers.

This is a role where development is encouraged and supported, successful candidates must have a passion for food and hospitality and want to learn and improve. As well as a £18.5k base salary, the successful Chef De Partie will receive a great work life balance, free parking, chef whites and a fantastic discount across the hospitality and retail sectors.

• Are passionate about food and excellent customer service. 
• Are team focused and driven to be the best you can be.
• Have experience in a fresh food environment. 
• Have a solid knowledge of how to organise a kitchen and communicate clearly at all times.
• Ideally trained and educated up to NVQ level 3 with a knowledge of all sections of the kitchen including pastry and baking.
