As Demi Chef , you will be enthusiastic in working with a team of dedicated and passionate chefs in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.  The menu is seasonal and the standards are high.  You will be responsible for your own section and at the same time, have support from the Sous Chef and Head Chef in ensuring the standards are maintained.

What we are looking for a Demi Chef with:

  • Previous similar experience in similar high volume restaurant.
  • Willingness to learn and develop alongside the team
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications.
