Commis Chef - Canary Wharf, London

As Commis Chef, your main role will be to -

• Assist the chef de partie in the preparation and service of food, ensure the highest standard on H&S and Food Hygiene are maintained at all times.
• Ensure all mis-en-place is set up accordingly
• follow closely the menu description
• team work at all time

What we are looking for:

• Previous similar experience in similar high volume restaurant as a Chef de Partie or Commis chef
• Willingness to learn and develop alongside the team
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications.
