Bartender (Thyme and The Swan) - Lechlade 

Thyme is a luxury country estate hotel, cookery school, pub and spa set in the heart of the Cotswolds and we are looking for a bartender for our elegant cocktail bar in the hotel. The role is hands on and diverse; you will be serving and running the bar, assisting with functions and also helping in our busy country pub. You will also be responsible for helping to design the cocktail menu which changes monthly.

Thyme is very focused on seasonality and the use of fresh produce; it has a beautiful 2 acre kitchen garden, where as you will source a lot of the ingredients for botanically inspired creations. 

Thyme has been included on Tatler's top 100 hotels in the world list & The Swan won best pub restaurant in the Cotswolds 2016.
