We are looking for a chef de partie to join our kitchen team.

The candidates should:

• Have at least 6 months experience in a busy kitchen
• Have a passion for seasonal food and produce
• Possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
• Have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
