The Zetter Hotel is a contemporary, converted Victorian warehouse in Clerkenwell, which was once credited with reinventing the boutique hotel concept. It is now an award-winning hotel with bags of personality and pioneering eco-credentials.

The Zetter Townhouse Clerkenwell is a 13-bedroom Georgian townhouse with an award-winning cocktail lounge. Located just across the cobbles of St John's Square from The Zetter Hotel, this unique property feels more like the private residence of an eccentric (and fabulous!) great aunt than a hotel.

What we are looking for in YOU

• An inspiring leader, confident in decision making
• A genuine passion for high quality service with the guest at the heart of everything you do.
• Exceptional customer service and managerial skills
• Previous experience managing a team and property within the Hospitality industry, ideally in Front Office Operations
• Enthusiasm to learn about the uniqueness of The Zetter Group
• A keen eye for detail to maintain brand strength.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety Standards
• A Manager who is professional, well groomed, elegant and sociable at all times.
• A course /diploma or similar in Hospitality Management would be highly advantageous.
• The ability to communicate in the English Language is essential.
• Take ownership for your responsibilities and respect others at all times.

What does the ROLE look like and what will your responsibilities be?

• Welcoming guests and visitors ensuring their requirements are responded to promptly and efficiently achieving and exceeding all the Hotel and departmental standards.
• Work alongside other operational departments to ensure the smooth running of the cocktail lounge and function spaces as well as room service.
• Completing all Front of House operational procedures that may be required to ensure the smooth running of the Townhouse.
• To professionally deal with and report any issues that may arise in relation to the operational running of the Townhouse.
• Selling and promoting all facilities at every opportunity and ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue is achieved at all times against set targets.
• Ensure that all charging and accounting procedures are completed correctly.
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are followed and adhered to as required.
