The Zetter Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to provide maternity cover.

This exciting and challenging role not only overseas the day to day marketing and PR activity across four high-profile brands but is also responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy to drive growth and sales for the group. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for hospitality, looking to gain experience, heading up the marketing department of one of the industry’s most exciting companies.

Essential

  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills

  • Extensive experience in Marketing and PR
  • Experience in a Marketing leadership role
  • Education - Degree level or equivalent Marketing and PR experience

  • Pre-opening & opening experience
  • Experience of working across multiple brands

Responsibilities

What does the ROLE look like?

  • Responsible for the day-to-day marketing and positioning of the hotels and F&D brands, including digital and web marketing presence, collateral production, e-comms and Press/PR Management.
  • Working jointly with the Director of Sales and the Revenue Manager to set revenue targets and deliver the Sales & Marketing Strategy.
  • Plan, implement and deliver a marketing strategy for the four properties, in line with budget to ensure they meet marketing objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage and support the development of the Marketing Executive, setting objectives to ensure the delivery the day to day marketing activity.
  • Responsible for providing tracking and analysis of marketing activity, critiquing performance across channels and making prompt decisions or recommendations on marketing activity needed.
  • Manage E-comms tool/templates, setting content calendar, creation and execution of monthly emails on behalf of all hotels and F&D brands.
  • Manage overarching Social Media strategy. Monitor content to ensure delivery of exciting, entertaining and on-brand content for social media channels. (Twitter, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Instagram)
  • Responsible for ensuring in-house websites are continuously updated with engaging new content(menus, images, packages, news) via various CMS
  • Manage photo shoot and filming requests ensuring suitable brand associations and appropriate fees.
  • Ensure hotel & food & drink brands are best represented on all 3rd party and OTA sites (Mr and Mrs Smith, Booking.com, Timeout, GDS etc)
  • Develop an exciting programme of events across the food & drink brands that enable PR and marketing opportunities, keeping our brands relevant and newsworthy.
  • Manage and attend events (parties, masterclasses, tastings) with the help of the Marketing Exec, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage PR agency, ensuring they have ideas packages, photography and information to manage press enquiries driving coverage for need periods.
  • Brand guardian for all properties
