Scope

The Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club are currently looking for a well-rounded Maintenance Manager to join the Waterside team. The successful candidate should ensure the effective functioning of the hotel and leisure club facilities and provide an efficient and safe environment for employees and our guests by using best business practices to manage resources, services, and processes to meet the needs of the Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club.

Main Duties

As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the hotel and leisure club including equipment, services, buildings, and plant. You will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel achieves its safety and cost control targets so you will need to be confident in creating and implementing a PPM programme as this will be a critical aspect of the role.

You will also need the ability to lead a team and deliver results to deadlines through your people, with full responsibility for recruiting, managing, and developing your team.

Hours

We are offering a full-time role (40 hours) with 5 shifts over 7 days, you will be required to work one/two weekends a month. From time to time given the nature of our business some overnight work may also be required.
