The ideal candidate will have suitable experience in a customer service-based role, you should be well presented with a good telephone manner and friendly attitude. You should be competent with basic mathematics and have excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To provide excellent service to all guests and members.
  • Manning our phone systems ensuring the right calls are going to the right person/department.
  • Replying to our customers on our social media platforms.
  • Be confident with chat bots.
  • Administration duties.
  • Providing local information/recommendations for Hotel guests.
  • To be confident with email, bots, and correspondence within the business.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Preparing bills/invoices.
  • Taking and completing special requests.
  • Problem solving.

Qualifications and Skills

  • GCSE+ Qualifications.
  • Extensive knowledge of south Manchester and local businesses
  • Sound service industry knowledge.
  • Have a great understanding of social media platforms
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft word excel and PowerPoint.
