Salary: £20,800 per annum + Commission
Scope
The Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club are currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated Membership Advisor to join the Waterside team. The successful candidate should act as an ambassador for the club to increase club membership sales and improve retention within the existing member database.
Main Duties
As a membership advisor you will be required to communicate with past, present and potential new members through various channels to achieve pre-determined sales targets on a monthly basis. You will also be required to carry out external marketing activities and corporate outreach.
Key roles of the position:
- Increase club membership sales and improve retention within existing member database.
- Carry out customer needs analysis, club tours and report on monthly sales performance.
- Proactively generate leads to convert to new members.
Hours
We are offering a full-time role (40 hours) initially for three months with the potential to increase to a permanent position.
