About the Role:

We are seeking energetic, guest orientated individuals, who are passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences. Successful candidates will be organised, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure you have knowledge of all food and beverage item menus
• Knowledge of the hotel and local area
• Taking orders and delivering food
• Clearing tables
• Assist the team to provide an efficient service to our guests.
• Set up and pack down of restaurant
• You will be an excellent communicator and will have a real passion for food and wine.
• You will be an excellent team player and has fantastic customer service attitude.
• You will have pride and attention to detail in your work.
• You will be flexible and organise your activities well.
• We anticipate that the ideal candidate will have worked in within a similar environment, although full training will be provided
• Be able to follow direction easily
• Be keen to learn new things
• Ability to work a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
