Regional Operations Manager - Concessions - London

 We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to support our TRG Concessions business across the South Region.

You will manage, co-ordinate, support and control the activities of the management teams within our concessions restaurants in order to optimise the sales and profitability of each outlet whilst ensuring that all company policies, standards, employment principles and legislative statutory requirements are maintained.

The primary areas of focus are sales, profit, quality and people and weekly activities may include monitoring standards, managment appraisals, succession planning and managing profit and loss statements.

You will also assist the Regional Operations Director on the preparation for the Business plan, Business review and forecasting of regional restaurants in order to ensure the achievement of planned profit requirements.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a minimum 18 months of multi-site experience, preferably within the Leisure and Hospitality sector. Previous concessions management experience would be an advantage.

You should also have a full understanding on how to develop and deliver comprehensive business planning and monitoring disciplines and have a comprehensive working knowledge of Restaurants in both Front and Back of House operations.
