The Restaurant Bar and Grill are currently looking for Waiters to join their team.

The Role:

As a Waiter it would be your responsibility to ensure efficiency and productivity in your everyday duties, maximising on sales opportunities and ensuring the service provided meets with the company’s standards of consistently exceeding guest expectations.

It is also expected:

• To be fully knowledgeable of the all food, beverage and wine menus. Have full knowledge of what ingredients are in each meal, be able to explain them and up-sell them to a guest.
• To ensure that a friendly, efficient, courteous and consistently outstanding service is provided at all times.
• To keep all of the stations and storage area’s clean to the high standards expected by the company.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Fantastic communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with Front of House, kitchen and management.
• High volume experience working in a similar fast paced environment
• Excellent standards of health & safety and food safety
• Desire for delivering outstanding quality service
