The Role:

The Restaurant Bar Grill, Glasgow, is currently recruiting for Demi Chef De Partie’s to join their team.

As a Demi Chef de Partie in you will report in to the Head Chef be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the various sections in the kitchen, ensuring company standards are consistently met and exceeded. You will also have responsibility for ensuring all requirements of Health and Safety and Food Safety are maintained at all times.

This role needs a skilled and passionate chef who is well organised, hardworking, a fantastic team player and keen to progress.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• A passion and flair for delivering quality food using fresh ingredients to specification.
• High volume experience providing quality food consistently in a fast paced environment
