The Promotions Executive is a perfect opportunity for someone who is wanting to get into marketing within the online gaming industry.
With responsibilities include the implementation of promotions on Rank Digital branded websites the Promotions Executive will ensure that all marketing campaigns are successfully executed, from signing off a brief to the execution of the promotion going live. They will also ensure all promotions sit within brand guidelines and have responsibility of signing off all communications for the promotions, along with ensuring prizes are fulfilled.
Promotions executive will also be dealing with business as usual promotions and last-minute requests from the product departments.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Manage the website promotion display to ensure promotions and offers are displaying on site, both desktop and mobile, correctly to ensure the content is correct before promotions go live
- Assist the campaign team in the day to day organisation and administration of the VIP and Non-VIP promotions calendar to achieve planning/scheduling targets for marking campaigns and ensure promotional calendar kept up to date
- Work with relevant teams across the business, such as CRM, VIP, Creative, etc. to ensure the effective delivery, sign off and implementation of campaign creative briefs to produce solid campaigns that can be released to customers
- Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand and Best Practice guidelines set out by the Brands and ensure that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation
- Work with bonus teams to ensure all prizes and bonuses are being fulfilled
Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications
- Previous experience in gaming within customer services, VIP or promotions is preferred but not essential.
- A keen interest and or knowledge in gaming product
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational); highly numerate
- Good IT skills including strong experience of MS Excel, Word and Outlook etc. and database packages
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party departments
- Detailed and Organised – able to maintain/manage workloads effectively and not compromising on the quality of their work.
- Microsoft Excel trained to an expert level
- 3 year plus work experience
