Job Purpose

To support the Mecca Product Marketing Manager to deliver fully integrated Marketing Campaigns across all channels and all product areas (bingo, slots, food and beverage).

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities  

  • Provide support to Product Marketing Manager to deliver product and promotional briefs for Marketing. Briefing Creative work, determining messaging and ensuring this is used across all channels and used appropriately for all segments and adheres to the agreed brand guidelines
  • Maintain and update the Campaign Plan for bingo products and promotions, communicating and tracking all key dates to line manager and all affected teams including those outside Marketing.
  • Keep accurate files for all activity and help Product Marketing Manager update budget tracker
  • Brief internal and external agencies on forthcoming activities and campaigns, liaising with the relevant Clubs, internal and external stakeholders including briefing materials for the operations teams
  • Use Mediacentre system for artwork delivery and uploading of brand assets
  • Liaise with internal creative and delivery resource & any design agencies and UX and web designers and printers to produce campaign and promotional materials.
  • Liaise with operations, product, digital product and customer experience teams to gather/share information and get feedback. Attend relevant meetings with these teams and capture, share and chase up actions
  • Deliver all work accurately ensuring materials are accurate, proof read and signed off by relevant stakeholders
  • Measure and feedback about activities and cost of campaigns. Undertake post campaign evaluation in order to learn and improve activities.
  • Work to a fast timeframe 
  • Coordination of trials for new products, POS solutions; including digital solutions, experiential marketing and new communication routes
  • Support ‘what good looks like’ briefs for merchandising for the retail business
  • Drive a customer centric end to end product marketing approach to all campaigns, across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support the operations team with local marketing as required
  • Monitor competitor activity

Knowledge, Expertise and Qualifications

  • Able to travel to different sites UK wide. This will occasionally involve over- night stays.
  • Marketing or communications degree/ qualification, complementary degree e.g. psychology, business studies or relevant experience in marketing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including excel and powerpoint
  • Driving Licence
