The Pilgrm is a 73-bedroom independent hotel in the bustling London neighbourhood of Paddington, off London Street and here you'll find a unique space that has been designed to delight at every turn: reclaimed materials, bespoke furniture, and an ever-growing art collection throughout.

We’re currently growing fast and looking for passionate and energetic people to join us across a variety of both full-time and part-time roles in Housekeeping, Food & Drink, Front of House, and Kitchen. What matters most to us is your motivation, dedication, and desire to get stuck in; but if you have relevant hotel experience, that will of course go a long way too. Mostly though, we always look for that winning combination – contagiously warm and unwaveringly professional.
