Restaurant Supervisor (Breakfast) - The Park Hotel

The Park Hotel Kilmarnock is one of Kilmarnock’s top hotels and restaurant, we are currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to cover breakfast shifts. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this hotel in the capacity of Restaurant Supervisor (Breakfast).  As the Breakfast Restaurant Supervisor you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive and develop your team to make sure all our guests have an amazing dining experience.  Ideal opportunity for an experienced member of waiting staff looking for that move up the ladder.

As the Breakfast Restaurant Supervisor you will work tightly with the restaurant team, ensuring they prepare and present the restaurant to the highest standard and deliver the service our guests are accustomed too. You will also be involved in Health & Safety, staff recruitment, service standards and staff scheduling.

A genuine passion for the industry, experience of working in a fast paced environment, a person who exudes confidence with team members and the ability to deliver top quality service to a very high standard. This position demands start times from 6am therefore please make sure transport arrangements are confirmed prior to applying.  This position is 5 days over 7 including weekend work.
