Aim of the Spa Therapist role

Provide exceptional treatments to all guests and members ensuring smooth operation, record keeping, and client well-being, to The Lygon Arms high standards.

Responsibilities of a Spa Therapist

  • To be passionate and take pride in carrying out all treatments to the required standard, within the time guidelines and as booked by Reception.
  • To behave in a discreet, respectful and confidential manner, with the highest standard of client care.
  • To be confident in ensuring that product knowledge is well known and that the client's time is educative, therapeutic, and relaxing.
  • To be confident in upselling the products during the treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge.
  • To be flexible if colleagues need help within other areas of the Spa i.e. Reception, Changing Rooms, understanding teamwork and flexibility.
  • To take ownership working alone while in treatment and as part of a team to achieve department goals.

Spa Therapist - About you 

  • Experience in providing high standards of face to face customer service and treatments
  • Ideally Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualified
  • You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented
