The Lygon Arms Hotel are looking for a fixed term 12 month Spa Receptionist to join their growing team.

Aim of the role

To undertake the duties of a receptionist to ensure that guest's needs are met where possible and to assist with a seamless guest journey within the spa.

Responsibilities:

• To be confident and take pride in ensuring the well-being, satisfaction and comfort of all guests and to establish a highly personalised style of service and attention to guests.
• To establish a courteous, helpful and friendly attitude to all guests at all times and to be confident to use guest names at every available opportunity.
• To be intuitive and promote all services offered in the hotel, showing pride and passion for what your colleagues do
• To be confident in the full understanding of all equipment within the Spa Reception including Opera, Premier Spa, Word and Email.
• To be efficient and well-informed in taking reservations for treatments over the phone and in person– availability, prices and any restrictions.
• To be passionate about our products and treatment offering,
• To show flexibility and teamwork by helping in other areas of the Spa if required.
• To take ownership and be responsible for monies in your care as per cashiering shift and in the Main Safe and be aware of security issues.
• To ensure correct hand-over procedure of day's business with regard to cover and cashiering.
• To be aware of complaints/problems and bring them to the attention of the Duty Manager and to offer assistance using your integrity.

• Spa Receptionist - About you 
• Experience in providing high standards of face to face customer service and treatments
• Have great computer skills
• You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented
