The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for the Guest Services Agent (Receptionist) to join our talented Front Office team. We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level. 

In the role of the Guest Services Agent, your key focus will be to:

• carry out a check in procedure
• room the guests
• perform a check out procedure
• deal with guest queries
• take payments and processing billing 
• carry out the cashiering procedure at the end of each shift 

Do you have?-

• previous experience of working in a Front Office within a similar environment
• excellent customer services skills
• great communication skills
• immaculate personal presentation
• previous experience of Opera/Fidelio front office management systems is an advantage
• ability to deal with challenging situations
