Great Central Pub by Matt Fletcher is now recruiting for a Sous Chef. Great Central Pub is located within the walls of The Landmark London Hotel, Marylebone, and will offer a proud British Menu including breweries & suppliers from the local area and surrounding countryside.

Matt is bringing his British Pub style and experience from across the globe to restore this famous London Hotel Pub to the favourite local! As a Sous Chef, there will be lots of hands on training, off site visits and the opportunity to be a part of something exciting…
