ABOUT THE ROLE


We are currently looking for a passionate Deputy Director of Banqueting Operations, to join our Banqueting Operations Department on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.


At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Deputy Director of Banqueting Operations, your main duties will include:

·         Assist with the allocation of all events to the floor managers and supervisors ensuring that they take full responsibility/accountability for the event.

·         Ensuring that each of the floor managers have an effective Personal Development Plan to develop existing skills and prepare them for further career development.

·         Oversee the training of all Floor Managers to ensure that the standards set are adhered to.

·         Ensure all function rooms are set up in accordance to details on BEO in a timely manner.


As a Deputy Director of Banqueting Operations, you will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
