Beauty Therapist - The Laboratory Spa & Health Club

Job Summary

• To deliver a high standard of specialist treatments and consultations to all spa guests
• Ensure high standards of professionalism, presentation, conduct and customer service are delivered at all times
• To maintain cleanliness in the treatment rooms ensuring they are kept hygienic, safe and in a well-maintained condition
• To work within the spa team in fulfilling the needs of the business.
• To have a working knowledge of spa days, membership and all services provided within the spa and health club.

Responsibilities and Duties

• You will be responsible for providing a high standard of treatment, retailing and customer service to our spa day guests and members.
• Using own initiative to personally build up your clientele.
• To assist in ensuring all retail displays are replenished, well presented, clean and changed frequently
• Responsibility for keeping the treatment rooms clean and tidy and ready for use at the end of each day.
• Ensure health & safety requirements are maintained within the treatment area and all necessary reporting practices are followed in the event of accident, equipment maintenance or failure.

Qualifications and Skills

• To hold NVQ 2 & 3 Beauty Therapist Qualification
• Demonstrate a high level of competency in delivering spa treatments
• Work to meet treatment and sales targets.
• To demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• IPL Experience / Aesthetics experience would be an advantage but not essential
