We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fitness professional, who will demonstrate and look to further develop strong operational skills and excellent customer service. The Lab Coach is responsible for the maintenance of equipment, cleanliness of the gym floor, as well as member interaction. They are therefore an integral member of the Lab family and it is a crucial role in maintaining our standards as the best Health Club in London.

We strongly believe in development and training, so a Lab Coach will be supported in their education to ensure personal and professional growth throughout their time at the Lab. The Lab Coach role combines gym operations, customer service and sports science to form a solid skill set to support and prepare for a successful career in either Personal Training or Management.

As a business we will always recognise strengths and look to promote our staff into more senior roles of greater responsibility, as long as they meet our very high expectations of quality and consistency.

RPS level 2 gym instructor minimum.
