Voted Club of the Year, The Laboratory Health Clubs are recruiting an experienced receptionist to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate will have remarkable customer service skills and be able to create a positive, welcoming impression of our award-winning clubs, both face to face and via the telephone.

The role requires you to have an excellent telephone manner, be skilled in multitasking and be able to efficiently book and promote all classes, take payments, book and up sell beauty treatments and products, deal with queries and generally promote all areas of the club. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, work politely and professionally in all situations is a must.
