Office Administrator – based at Head Office, Central London

We are currently seeking an Administrator to join the Head Office team within our exciting and expanding restaurant group.

Role description:

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the office administration functions and duties
  • Able to answer quires on policies and procedures
  • Preparation and distribution of offer letters, contracts and starter packs, meeting invites and general communication.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate updates of records
  • To make your Manager aware at an early stage of any potential risks or issues
  • To ensure positive representation of the Company at all times
  • To comply with policies and procedures as set down by the Company
  • Assist in the Management of training co-ordination

You will:

  • Have at least 1 year in a Office based administration role
  • Be organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Be highly adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Be self-motivated – proactively seeking new ways to enhance own performance
  • Planning & prioritising – be able to prioritise tasks to achieve objectives.
