About the role

The Membership Sales Manager Role is a core role within the business. You will:

  • Lead from the front, delivering the highest standards of customer service and striving towards improving member satisfaction levels at all times
  • Be self-motivated to achieve monthly membership target and actively seek out commercial opportunities
  • Generate leads, book tours and manage your prospect database effectively, meeting daily and monthly KPI’s
  • Ensure that club revenue is maximised through your accurate administration processes.
  • Demonstrate professional, efficient and high quality service standards both on the telephone and face to face with existing and prospective members.
  • Assist the front of house team in all sales activity working to generate referrals as required

We are looking for applicants with the following skills and experience

  • Minimum of 1 year Membership Management experience
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Computer literate to include Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Enthusiastic and target driven individual
  • Passionate about service and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Effective communicator and team player
