Our steaks need you! As we plan to reopen our Grill for a busy year ahead, we are expanding the team and are looking for a Chef de Partie at the top of their game, to join our highly successful brigade at The Grand Hotel, Brighton.

This position is a key contributor to the Grill’s success! Responsible for ensuring that all plates served are of the highest quality and appearance, delighting our customer with every bite!
As a Chef de Partie already, you will have a background that shows you have worked in quality but high-volume Grill outlets, working with fresh and local products and you will be able to demonstrate a connection with the food you produce. Inspired to seek continuous improvements in the dishes you create and a positive relentless to be at your best every day!
