We currently have the amazing opportunity for experienced Food and Beverage professionals to join our highly successful team at the Victoria lounge and bar.
In the opulent, newly designed and refurbished Victoria Terrace, Lounge and Bar, guests can enjoy a mid-morning coffee, a show stopping cocktail with friends, light lunches or the famously indulgent Traditional Afternoon Tea. To complement the re-design, The Grand has also introduced a new street food inspired menu, served on the Terrace.

You should have a warm, personable nature, a can do attitude, and an eye for detail. You will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations. In this type of industry, teamwork is key; you should therefore, be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar or a similar high quality food and beverage environment.

• A proven track record in great customer service, showing an understanding & responding pro-actively to customers’ needs
• A genuine passion for food and drink

• The ability to communicate clearly and openly with colleagues
