Lead is our supervisor development programme for our team members that are new to leadership. Lead consists of nine classroom days spread over one year with structured activities to complete in between. Lead gives new leaders the skills and confidence to delight our guests and successfully lead their teams in line with Dorchester Collection mission and values.
Expand is our development experience for heads of department and high potential managers. It is a holistic and memorable three days where managers discover themselves and how they can positively impact their teams and business performance.
