Description

• The ideal Host/ess will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service while displaying excellence in personal grooming & presentation
• As part of your daily routine, you are dealing with A-class, high profile guests in a positive, confident and elegant manner, while creating memorable experiences for them
• You will also have the opportunity to manage reservations and table allocations, in order to optimize business opportunities & guests satisfaction
• As you will be working in a sublime location, you must always show good product knowledge and share it with our guests while you act as an ambassador of the hotel, displaying great communication skills

Profile

• Previous experience in a similar 5-star luxury environment
• Excellent level of spoken and written English
• Outstanding presentation and grooming standards
