Description

• The ideal Night Guest Services Host will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming & presentation
• Working in one of the world's most iconic luxury hotels, you must display excellent product knowledge at all times and take every opportunity to engage with guests an efficient & professional manner
• Your responsibilities will be to deliver, collect and store luggage to ensure a consistently efficient and outstanding guest experience
• You will also be accountable for providing assistance and support to all the guests in the Lobby Area as well as on the Forecourt
• As part of your daily responsibilities you will also have to complete errands & shopping trips on behalf of guests as directed by Concierge

Profile

• Full clean UK driving license required for the role
• Previous experience in a similar 5* hospitality background desirable but not essential
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
