We are recruiting for Breakfast Supervisor to join The Curtain family.

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you'll:

• Welcome guests and direct them to tables
• Provide excellent and selfless customer service to our guests and teams
• Make menu recommendations, answer questions and share additional information
• Follow all relevant health and safety regulations
• Assist and participate in training
• Ensure that the restaurant is ready for service & opens punctually
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
• Attentiveness, active listening, great communication skills all delivered in true rock star fashion
• Observe, anticipate and accommodate all guests needs and requests
• Advise and provide guidance to wait staff on appropriate behaviours & conduct
• Supervise the proper handling of equipment
• Ensure that staff set up & maintain service stations correctly
• Supervise all activities of wait staff and delegate responsibilities

We are looking for passionate people that have a real enthusiasm for delivering the very best quality whilst injecting some proactive rock and roll fun into what they do.
