The job role:
- To support the Head Chef and lead the operation of the kitchen in his absence
- Produce our great, freshly prepared dishes, consistently presented to our high standards
- Be fully involved in the planning and implementation of our seasonal menus
- Ensure great stock control and high food safety standards
The chef:
- Good communicator with excellent leadership qualities
- Possess a real passion for food
- Experienced in catering for Weddings and Events
- Have a commercial approach and be able to achieve good GP
- Good computer literacy skills, ideally experienced with Pro Wizard
- Excellent understanding and implementation of Stock Control, Food Safety and H&S
