The job role:

  • To support the Head Chef and lead the operation of the kitchen in his absence
  • Produce our great, freshly prepared dishes, consistently presented to our high standards
  • Be fully involved in the planning and implementation of our seasonal menus
  • Ensure great stock control and high food safety standards

The chef:

  • Good communicator with excellent leadership qualities
  • Possess a real passion for food
  • Experienced in catering for Weddings and Events
  • Have a commercial approach and be able to achieve good GP
  • Good computer literacy skills, ideally experienced with Pro Wizard
  • Excellent understanding and implementation of Stock Control, Food Safety and H&S
