HEALTH CLUB MANAGER
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Club Manager at The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club.
Opened in 1994, The Warwickshire consists of two superb 18 Hole Championship Courses which are located in the middle of 456 flowing acres of Warwickshire countryside. The exquisite surroundings also include a state-of-the-art health & fitness gym, a beautiful Swimming Pool and Spa area, and a timetable of Studio classes for Group Exercise. Facilities include a Health Club Bar and Golf Members Bar & Restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting facilities with up to 220 covers.
The Warwickshire is also a 54 bedroom hotel over 2 floors.
This senior position is crucial in the present day and the future success of the club. It is a demanding role and will require the chosen candidate to control all areas of the Health Club facility. Under the guidance of the General Manager you will aid, develop and enhance the operation as a whole by man managing and working closely with staff and department managers.
You will come from a 4-star plus establishment with experience of sizeable, busy operations. As Operations Manager, you’ll need to be extremely hands-on as you will be heading up all departments, control rotas and budgets etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager who is passionate about the hospitality industry and who thrives on delivering a high level of customer service.
