Our mission is to be unquestionably the UK’s premier collection of country clubs and we understand that the bedrock of any successful business is its people, how they treat each other, their customers and how they live and breathe our values day in, day out.

People are the reason our members stay with us and we work hard to make our people feel just as much at home as our members. We are fortunate to work in great surroundings with others who genuinely care about their club.  We are keen to reward, promote and recognise our people and have a great track record of long service within our team.  Over a third of our workforce have been employed in excess of 10 years… theres a reason why our people stay and often return to The Club Company…
