WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We looking for a brilliant Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the T? Milford Waterfront. Your naturally friendly manner and calm, confident personality, combined with outstanding customer service skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your experience in a similar position will allow you to demonstrate evidence of excellent people skills and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Guarantee an amazing experience for all our guests
Train and offer guidance and support to the team ensuring they meet The Celtic Collection standards
Supervise the smooth running of the day-to-day operation
Communicates with the Culinary team regarding guest comments and service standards
This role is varied with no two days the same. A fantastic opportunity to progress within the development of The Celtic Collection

Located at the entrance to Milford Waterfront and overlooking Milford Marina, this exciting new hotel will be operated and managed by the team behind the iconic Celtic Manor Resort when it opens in the Spring of 2022.
Part of The Celtic Collection’s growing portfolio of T? Hotels, the hotel will boast 100 guest bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as a private dining area and an activity suite.
T? Hotel Milford Waterfront is being built in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and will provide another striking attraction for visitors to the heart of Pembrokeshire.
Four floors of bedroom accommodation will house a variety of bedroom types, including family rooms, making it the ideal base for purposeful travellers for both business and leisure.
The hotel will also be an asset for the local community and provide a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over.
