JOB TITLE – Housekeeping Supervisor

RATE OF PAY – £11.35 per hour plus benefits 
CONTRACT TYPE – Full time 
HOURS OF WORK – 40 hours per week
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7  

OVERVIEW  
We are seeking a motivated, highly organised and passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to be part of Cardiff’s newest and most prestigious hotel! 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … 
As Housekeeping Supervisor you will have a strong sense of leadership, an engaging and motivating style that drives a team along with excellent attention to detail combined with impeccable organisational skills that will be put to good use within a high quality operation.
You will have proven experience and excellence as a Housekeeping leader, preferably within an environment that delivers five star quality and experiences, a passion for providing a great guest experience through exceptional standards, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with hotel computer systems in order to supervise the department effectively on a daily basis.

WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, this role assists in overseeing a substantial and very important team within the hotel. We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor who is able to successfully communicate to a wide audience and who can work cohesively with other Hotel Departments to ensure a smooth operation and outstanding standards are delivered along with an excellent guest experience.
