OVERVIEW
Do you have the energy, drive and focus to assist with the daily operations of our two highly successful hotel health clubs?

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for an exceptional Leisure Supervisor who can assist with motivating the team, earning a high degree of loyalty and respect.  You will be resourceful, able to work on your own initiative and systematically follow up and monitor all areas to ensure progress, consistency and conformity to policy and procedure.
You will be an effective communicator at all levels within the organisation, and an outstanding developer of people, preparing team members for responsibility through coaching and training. 
This role will offer an exciting and demanding challenge, and therefore requires an individual with a positive approach to change, who will maintain an open mind and suggest new and creative ideas.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Leisure Supervisor at the five star Celtic Manor Resort, you will oversee a team of fitness consultants, pool attendants and receptionists at The Forum Health Club and Dylans Health Club, ensuring the health and safety of all activities within the club is maintained, and providing outstanding levels of customer service to our members and guests.
