We are looking for a Guest Services Manager to join the new Ty Milford Waterfront!
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for a Guest Services Manager to help maintain and provide excellent guest service at all times. The ideal candidate will be confident in their approach along with the determination to succeed. You will have experience in a hotel environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As a Guest Service Manager you will be expected to maintain and provide excellent guest service at all times and provide assistance and support to the team. You will maximise sales, to minimise costs and ensure quality standards are met.
The main responsibilities of a Guest Services Manager are:
Deputise in the absence of Senior Management
Carry out Duty Management shifts
Provide required daily and monthly reports
Manage and drive quality of hotel and service
Assist in all reception and food and beverage operations

Located at the entrance to Milford Waterfront and overlooking Milford Marina, this exciting new hotel will be operated and managed by the team behind the iconic Celtic Manor Resort when it opens in the Spring of 2022.

T? Hotel Milford Waterfront is being built in partnership with the Port of Milford Haven and will provide another striking attraction for visitors to the heart of Pembrokeshire.
Four floors of bedroom accommodation will house a variety of bedroom types, including family rooms, making it the ideal base for purposeful travellers for both business and leisure.
The hotel will also be an asset for the local community and provide a great new spot to eat and meet, as well as stay over.
