We are looking for a Head Waiter that has the skills to become the beacon of our restaurant team, working in a relaxed and informal environment (airs and graces need not apply). Key to the role is a passion for unpretentiousness and precision of service.   It is essential that you have great skills in organisation, an eye for detail (we like to think of our restaurants as show rooms), and a quiet dedication to cleanliness. Responsibilities will include allocating tasks, developing members (training essential) and supervising service (you must also be ready to muck in too).

Of course, good industry knowledge is very beneficial and previous experience in a similar role is essential. It is also pretty imperative that you’re a good teacher, motivating your team to learn as much as possible about the restaurant offerings (wine and coffee included) and help boost sales. We looking for someone with great communication/ organisational skills, exceptional service standards & outstanding attention to detail.  Attentiveness and patience for customers’ requirements/demands is also important.
