We are looking for a full-time Duty Manager to join the team at Calcot Manor.

The key to this role is being confident and professional, on the pulse, liaising with guests to ensure a strong host presence at all times.   A great first impression, skilled in greeting with a smile and a warm welcome is what we care about!

It is very important that as part of the team, you are positive with great inter personal skills, a flexible attitude and that you possess a knack for liaising with other departments when and where necessary. 

We are looking for someone specifically who has a keen interest in food and beverage service within the luxury hotel sector and capable of oversight of all the F&B operations within the hotel.  You will need to be focused/diligent and capable of undertaking beverage stock control and also on the odd occasion run events within the property.

Of course, good industry knowledge and previous experience in a hotel environment is a must.

Calcot Manor is a 35-bedroom luxury country hotel located near Tetbury, Cotswolds. The Conservatory restaurant in the main house is a light and spacious restaurant overlooking the Calcot grounds, and serves simple but very tasty food. The Gumstool Inn is our very own village-style pub adjacent to the main house, complete with open fire, our fireside grill, stone floors and a proper British pub food menu.
