We are on the search for an enthusiastic, and passionate individual to join us The Bull & Swan as a member of our Bar staff.

As part of the bar team you will serve a key role: To deliver excellence in customer service by continuously identifying ways to delight and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining agreed standards of service and product delivery in line with company business objectives.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Develop good relationships with colleagues, which in turn will contribute to good teamwork and ensure all customer expectations are met.
• Develop relationships with regular customers to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business.
• Provide a high quality of service at all times and ensure that the customer is always put first.
• Keep the bar and bar section clean and tidy at all times and ensure that opening and closing down procedures and cleaning schedules are followed.
